What data we collect

We collect your email address when you ask to subscribe to the newsletter, and the information you voluntarily send through the event proposal form. A subscription only becomes active after you confirm it by email. We also keep the technical information strictly needed for confirming, unsubscribing and delivering messages. We record visits to some pages and links for statistics, without building sensitive profiles.

Why we use it

The data is used to send the communications you asked for, to moderate events and to improve the platform. Every newsletter includes an unsubscribe link, and withdrawing your consent stops future messages. We do not sell personal data to third parties.

How long we keep it

We keep the data for as long as it is needed for the stated purpose or until you withdraw your consent. You can ask for access to, correction of or deletion of your data.
